Can you send me a catalog?

Sorry, we do not offer mail catalogs at this time. Instead, please visit our online store to explore our unlimited section of gifts and collectibles for the dachshund lover. Please place your order online through our secure site.

I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?

You can enter your promo code on the shopping cart page once you have added items to your cart. You can use only one promo code per customer. 

I'm ordering a gift. Are prices included on the packing slip?

We do not include pricing information on our packing slips if the order is shipping to a different name and address.

The item I'm looking for isn't listed. What's the deal?

We're continually adding new products to our store. If a product is not seen on the website, it means that it is either temporarily sold out or discontinued. 

How do I make a suggestion?

If you've got a great idea to make Dachshund Treasures even better, we're all ears. Please contact us and let us know what you'd like to see done differently.  Also, please feel free to contact us if there are any new products that you would like for us to consider offering.
